How TouchPoint Works
A four-phase workflow designed around how construction projects actually run.
Compliance Setup
Takes about 20 minutes the first time you set up a project. Every notice you generate from that point forward inherits this setup automatically.
~20 minutes per project
What you enter once:
Agency Agreement gate: Before any notices go out, TouchPoint exports your setup configuration for agency review. The inspector signs off that the parameters meet their requirements.
Project Setup
TouchPoint geocodes your project alignment against the parcel database and generates the initial distribution list. Your QR code and public status page URL are created and locked.
~5 minutes
What TouchPoint generates:
The Notice Cycle
The operational core. Repeats every 1–2 weeks for the duration of the project. Upload your look-ahead, review the outputs, distribute.
~2 minutes per cycle
The 47-second workflow:
Upload 3-week look-ahead CSV (same file you give your inspector)
TouchPoint identifies which addresses are affected by upcoming work
Notice PDF generated — English + all configured languages
Updated distribution list for the upcoming work area
Review, approve, print and distribute
Status page auto-updates — residents who scan the QR see new schedule
Close & Archive
When the job is done, TouchPoint wraps it up with a final notice and a complete compliance record — exactly what you need if an agency ever audits the project.
